What's new in this release?
The Online Application Submissions System (OAS) is an intelligent digital intake and processing platform designed to streamline the end-to-end handling of application submissions received. The system automates the ingestion, classification, extraction, validation, routing, and review & curation of submission data, significantly reducing manual effort and improving processing efficiency.
By automating repetitive intake and review activities, OAS helps organizations improve turnaround times, increase data accuracy, enhance visibility into submission workflows, and deliver a better operational and user experience.
Features
1. Reviewer Application
Intake Automation
The platform supports automated intake processing capabilities that enable agents or partners to submit applications through configured input channels such as email. The system performs validations for missing attachments, document types, and submission completeness while generating automated acknowledgments and notifications.
Data Extraction
OAS provides intelligent document identification and classification capabilities for forms and SOV documents during ingestion. The platform supports automated extraction of metadata, data, and key business attributes from submitted forms, SOVs and email content, minimizing manual data entry and improving processing efficiency.
Review and Triage
The platform supports intelligent routing of submissions to reviewers based on configured routing rules. Reviewers can validate and curate extracted data, while configured business rules support automated triage actions such as auto-decline workflows.
Data Transformation
Extracted and curated submission data can be transformed into key-value based JSON format to support downstream integrations and processing workflows.
2. Configurator
Key Fields
The Key Fields capability enables users to view configured key fields representing the critical submission attributes reviewers require for initial assessment. These fields are extracted from configured forms and email content and also serve as the foundation for routing and user assignment rules.
Indexes
Indexes provide transformed or derived representations of configured key fields and are used in routing logic and reviewer assignment workflows.
Forms
The Forms capability enables users to manage configured forms along with associated metadata including form name, version, associated Line of Business (LOB), and configured extraction fields. Machine learning models are trained using these configured forms to support automated data extraction capabilities.
Product & Field Rules
Users can view configured product-level and field-level business validation rules applied during submission processing and reviewer workflows.
Queues & Routing Rules
The platform supports configured queues and routing rules used for workflow management, submission routing, and reviewer task assignment.
