What's new in this release?
The Online Application Submissions System (OAS) is an intelligent digital intake and processing platform that automates the ingestion, classification, extraction, validation, routing, and review of submission data, reducing manual effort and improving processing efficiency.
Version 4.6.0 introduces a broad set of fixes and enhancements spanning configurator improvements, SOV processing, authentication upgrades, and model configuration flexibility.
Fixes
- SOV review is now available when no SOV Excel file is classified.
- Resolved issues with email attachments.
- File extensions for documents displayed in the Document Summary are now configurable.
- Model migration is now supported.
- Confidence score configurations moved to variables for easier configuration.
- Address mapping now includes county details when available.
- Resolved inconsistencies in SOV mappings.
- Duplicate form names are now supported, with uniqueness enforced based on Form Name and Version.
- Form Rule is now added when a form is mapped to a product and marked as mandatory.
- Ask Anything and Notifications are no longer visible in the Configurator and Reviewer applications.
- Delete icons are no longer available across the Configurator application.
- Model API Version and Model ID can now be configured from the Forms screen.
Enhancements
- Improved JWT token handling in the Reviewer application for Volant submissions.
- LCF field validation now prevents validated fields from displaying as LCF.
- AD login and SSO for the Configurator application with role-based access.
- New Review status handling now prevents unwanted status changes and pop-ups.
- Product Rules can now be hidden in the Product Configurator.
- Field Rules can now be hidden in the Form Configurator.
- Address mapping now includes county details when available.
